A workout designed to attack the structure of a 3-2 zone rather than play around its three-man top line. The progression uses flare movement, interior slips, pins and step-up screens to stretch the defense horizontally and open the space between the top and bottom lines. Finish with live 5v5 so players move from executing actions to reading the coverage themselves.

The action creates the advantage; the defense tells us where the finish is. If the top widens, attack inside. If the middle lifts, slip behind. If the low defender helps, use the pin and weak-side space.
Finish with live 5v5 against a 2-3. Start with a few coach-called actions, then play freely. Players should identify the 3-2 coverage and choose how to stretch and attack it without waiting for a call.
